Insight Claim Solutions is an industry leader that represents the policyholder… not the insurance company.
Insight Claim Solutions is a property insurance consulting company which provides various different solutions to policyholders dependent on the needs of each claim. Not all claims are the same and require tailored response to achieve a fair & ethical outcome. The services include: public adjuster, appraisal or consulting assistance with your contractor or attorney.
ICS has the reputation to be hired by insurance carriers to be their appraiser on claims- This is a testament to our objectivity and fairness.
A public adjuster is a licensed insurance claims professional whose responsibility is to advocate for the interests of the insured throughout the claims process. Insurance company adjusters work for the carrier. Our role is to review damages, document the loss, interpret policy language, prepare estimates, negotiate the value of the claim, and help policyholders navigate what is often a very complex process.
Our firm also provides appraisal and consulting services depending on where the claim currently sits and what type of dispute exists.
Just as a CPA represents a taxpayer and not the IRS, a public adjuster represents the policyholder and not the insurance carrier.
The roles of a public adjuster and an appraiser are very different and serve different purposes depending on the circumstances of the claim.
Public adjusters advocate directly for the policyholder throughout the claims process by managing documentation, estimates, communication, negotiation, and strategy.
Insurance appraisal is a formal dispute resolution process that is typically invoked when the insurance company and policyholder disagree on the amount of loss. In appraisal, each side selects an appraiser, and if needed, an umpire helps resolve disputes regarding valuation.
The recommendation from Insight Claim Solutions will always depend on what is best for the claim and what path is most likely to achieve a fair and reasonable resolution.
Not all claims require professional assistance.
However, insurance policies are complex legal contracts, and policyholders are responsible for proving their loss. Most homeowners have little experience dealing with major property claims, while insurance companies and their representatives handle claims every day.
As the saying goes… “You don’t know what you don’t know.”
Our role is to help policyholders understand the process, identify potential gaps or overlooked damages, properly document the loss, and provide objective guidance throughout the claim.
Public adjusting services are generally contingency-based, meaning our fee is a percentage of the claim recovery obtained on behalf of the policyholder.
Appraisal and consulting services are different and are often billed hourly or by agreed-upon fee structures because appraisal requires impartiality within the dispute process.
All fees, expectations, and scopes of work are discussed clearly before representation begins.
The goal is to simplify the process… not complicate it.
Many homeowners contact us because they feel overwhelmed, underpaid, delayed, ignored, or uncertain about whether their claim was evaluated properly.
Our role is to organize documentation, prepare estimates, communicate with the insurance company, identify potential coverage issues, and help move the process toward resolution.
While no ethical firm can guarantee a specific outcome, many claims contain overlooked damages, incomplete scopes, valuation disputes, or documentation gaps that can significantly impact the final settlement.
The earlier the better.
We can assist before a claim is filed, while the claim is active, after a payment has been issued, or after a claim has been denied, delayed, underpaid, or even closed.
Many homeowners wait until communication with the insurance carrier has broken down or until they receive a settlement that feels incomplete. While we can often still help at that point, earlier involvement can create a more organized and efficient process from the beginning.

If a homeowner is unsure whether their situation qualifies, we encourage them to reach out for an objective review of the claim.
Every claim is different.
Some claims resolve within weeks, while others may take several months depending on the complexity of the loss, responsiveness of the insurance carrier, documentation required, inspections, valuation disputes, and overall scope of damages.
Our goal is always to move claims toward resolution as efficiently and reasonably as possible while maintaining realistic expectations throughout the process.
In most public adjusting matters, Insight Claim Solutions handles the majority of communication directly with the insurance company on behalf of the policyholder.
That includes documentation, estimates, inspections, negotiation, and overall claim management.
Public adjusting is intended to reduce stress and help policyholders avoid navigating the process alone.
Appraisal matters operate differently and may require limited participation from the policyholder during certain portions of the process.
A denied, underpaid, or closed claim does not always mean the matter is over.
Insight Claim Solutions can review prior estimates, policy language, carrier findings, documentation, photos, and supporting information to determine whether additional action may be appropriate.
Not every claim qualifies for representation, and we do not accept every file we review. Our goal is to provide honest feedback, realistic expectations, and objective guidance based on the facts of the claim.
Trust matters in this industry.
Insight Claim Solutions believes in transparency, objectivity, communication, and realistic expectations. We believe homeowners deserve honest evaluations and straightforward guidance throughout the claims process.
If we believe we can help, we will explain why. If we believe expectations are unrealistic or the claim is not a good fit for our firm, we will communicate that honestly as well.
Our reputation is important to us both professionally and personally, and our goal is always to pursue fair outcomes rooted in facts, documentation, and policy language… not inflated promises.
